Gymnema Sylvestre has the effects of dispelling wind, alleviating pain, detoxifying, and reducing swelling. Its unique components can reduce carbohydrate absorption.
Glucomannan is a soluble dietary fiber that can help lower serum cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar, improve gut flora, and aid in weight loss.
Bitter Melon’s bitter melon extract is known as a “fat killer” that can prevent the absorption of calorie molecules such as fats and polysaccharides.
Suggested Dosage:
Take 2 capsules twice daily. 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Taking this product with a lot of water.
